Office administrator
Growing Drywall carpenter construction company is looking for a personable and motivated individual to work in a fast-paced, non-corporate environment.
If you’re interested in applying your knowledge of and proficiency in, office administration, accounting, social media platforms, you will be required to show your knowledge and proficiency.
This will be a Part-time position starting with 20 hours a week. Duties consist of the following:
Assist sales executive in communication with clients to schedule appointments and ensure their needs are met
Maintaining client accounts
Ordering supplies
Office Management duties include - Mail, Filing, Answering Phones
Required Skills: Office Equipment & Computer Skills: MUST HAVE strong computer (Mac skills and be proficient with the following software:
QuickBooks (*A MUST as we use this software for all of our business needs) will be assisting CFO with bookkeeping (Pay Bills, Invoices, credit card data entry)
Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

1. Ideal candidate will be Reliable, Honest, Trust-worthy, a go-getter, friendly, Team player, with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
2. SUPERB communication skills, both written and spoken.
3. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Solid organizational and problem solving skills.
4. Must be organized, neat, able to multi-task, and detail oriented. We are looking for a self-starter who can manage their time efficiently, work as part of a winning team and handle a variety of tasks.
