Sylva-Nae's Chicken and Waffles located in Jackonvilles New River Center is the Creator of owner Shann Copeland. The restaurant is named for his mother, and he is using many of her original recipes. Her wonderful cooking was his inspiration.
After years in the culinary industry, Shann has taken the step of opening Sylva Nae;s and sharing his inspiration with us all.
