1984 22' Vintage Lazy Daze
$7000/FIRM or trade for an SUV or pickup of equal value - I have reduced the price already so I ask potential buyers to please refrain from offering a lower price. You are getting a home as well as a vehicle for this price! I am only selling her b/c as I was getting ready to go on the road with her when a family death occurred which prevented me from doing so. Shown on weekends after 3pm by appt. only - rnrnChevy 350/86,674 miles - sleeps up to 6, Brand new ($1,200) awning, Fairly new paint, tires, and roof - ALL windows/roof re-sealed, new skylight, electric fuel pump, some replaced hoses, etc., and mechanically sound as far as I know. I have owned her for over 15 years and she has been very reliable. I am disclosing all known incidentals, but please know that I am not a mechanic! I am told different stories about the pros and cons for older vehicles and therefore due to her age alone, I would recommend that she is purchased only by someone knowledgeable in mechanics. rnrnKnown Incidentals: Up to date on Registration/Insurance/Passes Smog - Back right bumper is slightly bent a little from a mechanic backing up into a pole awhile back - Inside coach; a new plastic inside a/c cover (a/c works excellent) and a couple of light covers need replacing for cosmetics. There is no generator nor did I ever need one as the propane and second battery work long enough for heat, cooking, and short-term lighting when dry camping etc. - the engine front console was placed back on off center, and has a crack on the plastic. Has some coach creaking sounds at times and diagnosed by Premium RV specialist consult as age related and not mechanically relevant. Cab a/c is disconnected and not redone as never needed and heat on/off cable sticks sometimes. pics on craigslist under same title
