1990 kawasaki KZ1000 police special PARTS BIKE

Hello! This listing is for a 1990 kawasaki KZ1000 police special PARTS BIKE (negotiable price). This was a "to be" project for my dad and I that got stuffed in the shed and forgotten about, but its time for project consolidation. The bike was given to us by my uncle (LAPD bike cop) and was used as a training bike (the steering stoppers are cut and gas tank bashed in a lil to get more steering angle for dodging them cones), also it does not have papers. There is a section cut out of the frame as well to make getting the engine out easier (our project at the time only required the engine). The bike "ran when parked" (never thought id be THAT guy...) it'll need some carb work to get it running again possibly some ignition work as well. Not looking to start a part out project.
