Gmc Only 1 Miles
1972 GMC Jimmy. I bought this rig off of EBAY 2 1/2 years ago. I will start withsaying that I did not get what I thought I was buying. It was my first timebuying a "classic car" and my first time buying something without seeing itfirst. I hired an "inspector" and paid him his money. His "report" came backpretty much perfect. That was a joke. I have come to the conclusion that theseller must have paid him more than I did to give me a good report. Well, Ibought it and then paid a fair amount to get it trucked from halfway across thecountry. When I got it, let's just say it wasn't what I was expecting.Well, 2 1/2 years later and a lot of time and money, I now have what I thought Iwas getting. I have had many things done to this Jimmy to make it right andgood. Complete engine gone through (seals, gaskets, some wiring, all fluids, spark plugs etc., etc., etc...this 350 was maybe the only thing the inspectordidn't lie about, as I had a solid mechanic tell me it is very rebuilt, rear-end rebuilt, drive lines rebuilt, radiator rebuilt, suspension upgrades (Bilstein Shocks), all new body mount kit installed, complete new exhaust (Magnaflow), undercarriage professionally steam cleaned(NO, I did not paint it...I am not trying to hide anything and NO, this was nota frame-off), new core support, new front fender wells. New bumpers (LMC),restored original grill, new American Racing wheels, new BFG All Terrains(33's). I have the original spare tire rack that mounts on the and it has been sprayed with Linex and looks amazing. I don'thave it mounted and don't have a spare. Holes are still in the truck on theside and tailgate where it mounts (I never mounted it or bought a full sizespare tire/wheel because it wouldn't have fit in my garage). Interior Ihave done a lot
