Grain-cleaning aerodynamic separator ASM-15

The main difference between aerodynamic and screen separators is that the first divides the grain mixture by weight, and the second by size. This is the advantage of separators "Agromash", since the separation by weight makes it possible to select heavy, dense, most filled with nutrients grains. Such grains have high germination, germination energy and, as a result, high productivity.

Figure a) shows how grain is separated from partial damage to healthy seeds. This is due to the fact that the appearance of damage caused by pests, infections or mechanical stresses leads to a decrease in its weight.

When dividing into sieves, grains with partial damage pass into one fraction with healthy ones, since their size does not change. This is shown in Figure b). That is, when choosing seeds using sieve equipment, it should be understood that the number of rotten seeds in the total mass can reach 30%. And the removal of such seeds is possible only by mass calibration, reducing their number to 2-5%.

So, the fact that you have a sieve does not mean that you do not need an Agromash separator. The best option is to use both screen and aerodynamic separators and use them in tandem. Thus, you will provide yourself with maximum profitability, and therefore - maximum profit!
