Full Physical Examinations required by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for the adjustment of status done for only $125. Fee covers both the needed TB Test (PPD) and Syphilis Test(RPR) and the completion of the Form I-693. Any needed immunizations will be administered for additional charges.
