The Warzone offers Men's Boxing, Men's Fitness, Women's Boxing, Women's Fitness, Kids Boxing and Competition Boxing. All programs are available in group classes or Personal Training.If you are looking to lose some pounds try our Men's Fitness class or if you are interested in real boxing skills our Men's Boxing program will give you that. We also offer Kids Boxing classes every Saturday and Sunday. These classes are grouped by age, 4 to 9 & 10 to 12 year old.For those of you looking to compete in Amateur Competition Boxing the Warzone set's itself apart with our ability to develop talent. Since 2002 we have successfully developed 18 National, International and World Amateur Champions and in the Professional ranks we have developed two (2) World Boxing Council Intercontinental Champions.All classes are structured and teach discipline, fundamentals, strength, confidence, endurance and a foundation to build a complete athlete. This is only for the Olympic or professional goal minded individual. No experience is needed but an excellent work ethic is required.
