Community Management Services (CMS) offers condominium and homeowner associations with the services that give them the information and tools they need to realize their goals. We are here to provide the tools you need, when you need them. We’ve been managing condominium and homeowner associations with a boutique of services, which can be as comprehensive or selective as they wish. Our experience has taught us that each association has its own unique personality and a cookie cutter approach to service is not the answer. “Our clients expect us to be able to handle the basics competently and provide timely response” says Lesley Stoeffler, President of CMS. “They appreciate our experience, but really expect to use new and creative approaches to providing not only the basics, but to raise the bar to anticipating and resolving issues before they become problems for everyone.” Lesley continues, “We are always looking towards new technology that supports our menu of services and provides faster and easier access to information for our homeowners and boards. We, realize however, that when someone wants to talk to a property manager, that we need to respond in person, either with a phone call or a visit. You cannot manage condominiums or communities from behind a desk.”
