We will review your health history, and with the help of your physician, will identify your health strengths and limitations. With this, the diagnosis of a care plan is casted using a comprehensive goal setting convention. All services are handled by trained and experienced professionals. During the implementation of the care plan, you will acquire one or a combination of the following services: 1. Personal services Bathing Dressing Personal hygiene Activities of daily living 2. Home Helper services Light housekeeping Room organization Meal preparations Medical reminders 3.
