Hunterdon Hospice

Founded in 1979, Hunterdon Hospice is a Medicare-certified, non-profit organization providing hospice care to individuals in Hunterdon County and the bordering communities of Mercer, Warren and Somerset counties. Hunterdon Hospice is licensed in the state of NJ, accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, and a United Way member agency. Hospice is for people with a progressive, life-limiting disease and their families and caregivers. Care and supportive services are brought to the patient, whether they live in a personal residence, assisted living or nursing home setting, and help to make each day the best that it can be.
