Having worked in law firms as a legal secretary for most of my career and in most major legal fields, I have created my own business. I prepare Excel spreadsheets for tax preparation including Schedule F for Ranchers and Farmers, and a similar Excel Spreadsheets for other types of businesses; prepare correspondence and invoices; make travel arrangements and reconciliation; track accounts payable and receivable; proof read and finalize bids and technical reports, professionally bind reports for distribution, and shipment by US Mail, United Parcel Service or Federal Express. I also incorporate businesses into an LLC, C or S Corp, or other entity structures. I am available to work on a contract basis, short or long term, at your business office, law firm, farm or ranch. With the economy rebounding more slowly than we would all like, I help businesses maintain their viability by helping with office secretarial paperwork and tax preparation on an as-needed basis. This work style gives you flexibility in running your business, keeping your focus on your products and services, and helps keep you profitable. My Remote Home Office is equipped with a new HP Flat Screen Computer and a new HP ePrinter. I use Cloud computing extensively with DropBox.Com. With Cloud computing, documents are available to my clients and their accountants at any time, from any computer device, even a smart phone.
