American Legion Craft Show Extravaganza

The American Legion Auxiliary Unit 980 will be holding their 2nd Annual Craft Show Extravaganza at the American Legion Post 980, located at 7824 Saltsburg Rd in Plum Boro on Saturday July 21, from 9am to 3pm. This event is open to the public.
This year we have 24 Crafters and Artisans displaying their wares. So many that we have expanded to include the outdoor pavilion in the show. You will find a mix of Holiday and Seasonal Crafts along with a variety of beautiful Artisan Jewelry, Woodworking, Home goods, Artwork, Embroidered items, Quilts, Florals, Spices, Gift Items and so much more.
The Auxiliary will have a huge Bake Sale to satisfy your sweet tooth, a Chinese Auction to take a chance on and new this year, we have Defender Bracelets, supporting our Vets. These casual bracelets have dark wooden tiles and stretch to fit. They recognize all branches of the Armed Forces as well as Veterans of WWII, Korea, Vietnam, Desert Storm & Iraq and are only $5.00. Military Connections will also be here selling raffle tickets to raise funds for care packages to be sent to military personnel serving overseas. These tickets will be off the Pa. Lottery for the entire month of September.
Post 980, will be also be selling, hot of the grill, Hot Dogs and Hamburgers for lunch. It will be a fun event for all, so stop by, you may find that perfect one-of-a-kind item you've been searching for or a gift for that hard to please person in your life and you will be supporting our Military and their family's, our community and Post 980. Plenty of free parking at the Legion, so make a day of it.
