For sanity's sake, make YOURSELF a priority for a few minutes a day, a couple hours a week, a day every month.
It has been scientifically proven that taking just a short mental break from the every day stresses of life actually help to make you a better parent, partner & provider.
We too found ourselves caught up in the day-to-day so we founded Me Time Studio.
Our escapes from reality have always been completing formal art projects, hanging with friends or shopping! How about you? Me Time Studio is a fusion of all 3 and you are cordially invited to experience what we call "art & retail therapy" to help you lose track of time too!
Relax & bring some good friends, have great conversation, enjoy a glass of wine or cup of coffee, listen to some music, take a class, shop, just be YOU.

ART THERAPY
Join us for some hands-on fun! Beginners and those without a creative bone in their body are absolutely welcome!
We currently offer these classes and workshops and would love your suggestions on more!
--Paint and Sip (guided painting lesson while you sip your favorite beverage)
--Glass Art (mosaic projects, fusing, stained glass)

--Sewing (intermediate projects & quilting)

RETAIL THERAPY
If you're more into "retail therapy" come shopping! We have an eclectic variety of hand-selected, hand-made gifts from artisans around the area.

Finally, if your happy place is on your electronic device uninterrupted--you are welcome to soak up some atmosphere & wi-fi!
