This Ad is a FRAUD!!! Check out this website: http://da.co.la.ca.u s/consumeralert/defa ult.htm Everything this Alert mentions, these people are asking for. The SSN # that the "owners" are providing is a fake, it is a verizon cell number, this is the name/ssn they are giving: Lilian Ramirez , SSN #: 3233946755.....They want you to sign a rental agreement and send money through western union before you can even see the inside of the house.

This is a really clean home!! The owner has kept it up very well. No repairs needed here. And, it smells good when you walk into the home. The lawn and gardens are impeccable. This is a nice place!!
