Responsibilities:

• Finds, closes, and develops content distribution and marketing partnerships.
• Manages/grows existing online ad display and Adsense revenue streams.
• Develops and manages new monetization programs to leverage traffic growth of PennySaverUSA.com’s network of sites, new BtC Web products, and increased customer base.
• Develops strategies for establishing partnerships with content providers Develops business models for business partnerships and acquisitions.
• Works closely with internal departments, such as sales, marketing and IT, and external partners and allies in the development and implementation of strategies, plans, and business models.
• Creates financial projections for growth Estimates demand for proposed projects based on market research and consumer trends.
• Works to ensure requirements are defined and met according to plan. Provides support to management in deal negotiations, contract development, due diligence, and other business development or alliance development projects.
• Ensures that products are on time and within budget.
• Works with marketing to plan marketing and promotion, including advertising, review media, specials sales, and subsidiary rights.

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree, 5-7 years relevant experience, 3-5 years of with digital products strongly preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for conceptualization, creation, and development of Hispanic web product line, including, but not limited to, Hispanic website, classifieds, and other related products
• Partners with management team to develop and own the Hispanic web product roadmap, monetization strategy, potential revenue and profit estimates, goals, and go-to-market strategy
• Gathering both technical and content requirements, this role works with the internal web team to ensure the technical product development schedule aligns with the product roadmap, sets priorities, and manages release schedule
• Works with internal product marketing and sales partners to implement an effective marketing plan in order to achieve business goals
• Manages execution of internal and external marketing campaigns/tactics, including print and online marketing programs targeted toward Hispanic audiences
• Manages brand guidelines and oversees day to day web product features and functionality
• Conducts analysis, tracks and regularly reports on web product performance – web traffic, conversions, revenue, etc.
• Conducts market research to assess competition and defines various segments and verticals to optimize current web product performance and expand web product line
• Leads efforts to create and curate online content for the Hispanic target market
• Develops and moderates relevant communities, including Hispanic blog, social media accounts, email programs, etc.
• Identifies partnership opportunities for complementary third-party products to broaden company's web product line

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelors Degree required - concentration in business, marketing, communications, or computer science preferred
• 6+ years total experience in online marketing or web product management function
• 4+ years experience in web product management and/or development
• 3+ years experience in online marketing, e-commerce, website management, online advertising, and/or social media
• In depth knowledge of and passion for product development processes and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.
• Experience working with both internal and external (off-shore) development teams
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design
• Experience with development of mobile websites, applications, and content management systems
• Hands on experience planning, creating, and/or executing online marketing campaigns and content for web products targeted toward Hispanic markets
• In depth knowledge and comfort level with Hispanic language, culture, news, trends
• Working knowledge of online advertising, display ads, PPC, social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and web analytics a must
• Experience creating products for both Business to Consumer (B2C) and Business to Business (B2B) end-users preferred

• Defines, owns, and executes overarching SEO strategy for all of PennySaverUSA web properties and client websites (B2C and B2B)
• Leads all SEO efforts and partners with Product and Marketing Channel managers to build SEO roadmap, prioritize optimization, and execute according to plan and within deadlines
• Works with media, account, and agency partners to ensure SEO integration with all marketing and product development activities
• Interacts with clients and sales team for search marketing education, and is responsible for creating presentations, best practices, and case studies
• Indentifies and communicates trends in search and in client industries
• Defines and evaluates client’s online competition, as well as how it relates to their natural search marketing initiatives
• Monitors, tracks, and reports on all natural search performance, traffic, and sales across multiple web products and client websites
• Partners with Engineering to determine appropriate methods for implementing technical SEO requirements

• Responsible for correctly jogging and loading product into mechanical inserter through manual and/or mechanical devices such as hopper loaders.
• Guides bundles from stacker to strapper assuring a smooth and efficient product flow.
• Stacks and flags material in preparation for shipping according to postal requirements
• Responsible for correctly feeding product into inserter and for the quality of finished package.
• Return left over inserts to correct container/skid to prepare for relocation by material handler.
• Maintains a safe work area by following all safety and housekeeping rules at all times.

• Reports to Crew Leader any production problems (jamming, tearing, non-inserted product, etc.)
