It is the policy of PennySaver USA LLC to honor consumer requests not to be contacted by telephone for marketing purposes. This includes its honoring "Do Not Call" regulations issued pursuant to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Federal Trade Commission's Telemarketing Sales Rule, applicable state telemarketing laws and the Direct Marketing Association's (the DMA) guidelines for telephone marketing.
As part of its efforts to honor consumer requests not to be called at home, PennySaver USA LLC regularly obtains copies of the National Do Not Call Registry, which incorporates some of the relevant state do not call lists, and the Direct Marketing Association's Telephone Preference Service list. Prior to PennySaver USA LLC's contacting a consumer for marketing purposes, where the consumer does not have an existing business relationship with PennySaver USA LLC, has not given PennySaver USA LLC express permission to contact the consumer or has not made a recent inquiry to PennySaver USA LLC, PennySaver USA LLC will determine if the consumer's phone number is on such lists. If the phone number appears on any of these lists, then PennySaver USA LLC will not contact that person by telephone.
Additionally, PennySaver USA LLC takes steps to honor all consumers' direct requests not to be contacted by telephone. If during any telephone conversation, a consumer requests PennySaver USA LLC not to contact him or her by telephone, PennySaver USA LLC telephone sales representative (TSR) will record that consumer's request not to be contacted by telephone. PennySaver USA LLC maintains for at least five years a list of individual telephone numbers of consumers who have made such requests. Prior to PennySaver USA LLC's contacting an individual for marketing purposes, PennySaver USA LLC will determine if that person's phone number is on this internal do-not-call list. If the phone number is on this list, then PennySaver USA LLC will not contact that person by telephone.
All of PennySaver USA LLC's TSRs have been trained in the "Do Not Call" procedure and are under continuous supervision to ensure that PennySaver USA LLC's policy is adhered to in response to all "Do Not Call" requests.
In the event during a call that a consumer makes a request to receive a written copy of PennySaver USA LLC's "Do Not Call" policy, the consumer will be asked if he or she has Internet access where the consumer may be directed to a Web address where the policy is posted. Otherwise, the TSR will ask for the consumer's address, and a copy of this policy will be sent to the consumer within five (5) business days.
It is not the intention of PennySaver USA LLC to disturb or to solicit any consumer once he or she has made a request to be removed from its calling list.
If a consumer desires to add his or her residential telephone number to the National DNC Registry, he or she should go to https://telemarketing.donotcall.gov or call 1 (888) 382-1222.
