All labor comes with a 30 day warranty unless otherwise stated in your invoice, If your invoice does not contain warranty information it will always be a minimum of 30 days from the date your receipt is dated. Warranty coverage on labor, Only covers the item for what the item was originally worked on for.Example: if you were to bring in an Xbox for the RROD repair and within that 30 day period that same Xbox stopped reading disks this is a completely different problem than the original issue it came to be repaired for and will not be covered under warranty. All parts vary from item to item but most will come with a 90 day warranty unless otherwise stated on your invoice, If there is no information pertaining to warranty on your invoice assume your parts have a 90 day warranty. On some items like TV's and things of that nature your warranty will be covered through the perspective manufacturer and not Memory Computers in order to get the most out of your warranty, on those products you will need to register your product with the company that manufactured it.Registering your product is not mandatory to receive your warranty it just makes things easier on you should you have an issue with your product in the future. Most manufacturer warranties are a minimum of 1 year from the date of purchase.We here at Memory Computers understand how important your personal information is and that it is kept secret from others. Rest easy knowing that all of your important papers or documents pertaining to anything personal in nature will be kept under the strictest of confidentiality and the only way we would release personal information is under a court order.We also strive to make you happy in most cases we are able to work with you on warranty terms so if there is an issue that comes up and you feel you are under warranty on the issue give us a call and speak with Tony he will be able to assist you in this matter, Rest easy knowing you and your technological troubles are in good hands.
