Combined the two generations have over 55 years working in new construction, both commercial and residential. Both have extensive remodeling experience in residential and commercial construction. Both father and son have ?Certified Mold Remediation Specialist? certificates.
In the 1990?s both men served as consultants for a major financial institution across the United States. Their jobs were to visit and evaluate physical conditions of properties (inside and outside), management practices, bookkeeping and maintenance procedures for apartment projects. Each evaluation helped determine if the property would be refinanced by the institution. The evaluation guidelines that were to be followed were those as required by HUD.
