Should you ever be in Court for anything, lawyers will validate the Doctor’s license and make sure that the Clinic you went to has that Permit number. If not, they will toss the Rec and you will be left in Court with no protection. If you are going to the trouble of getting a Recommendation, wouldn’t it be smart to get one that would hold up in Court, should you ever be in that situation? Its sort of like insurance…there if you need it.rnrnYou can GROW your own medicine…NO GROWER”S permit required. Why?? There is no such thing as a growers/cultivation/vendor license. Your Recommendation allows you to grow as much medicine as you need but NO MORE. No selling to dispensary’s, not delivery service etc. For your own use is fine. Do not purchase a growers certificate.
