I realize that my clients are entering an unfamiliar world when they encounter the legal system, often against their wishes. One of my gifts is to "delegalize" your case and the solutions to it so that you can obtain clarity without feeling belittled, so that you can make sense of complex situations. My staff and I have over 100 years of experience, long enough to know how to do things right. We want you to be a client for a long time, not just one transaction, so we stress relationships based on trust earned from an experience of working with a law firm that did it right without being overpriced or smug. We are not afraid to challenge convention and seek solutions outside the box when appropriate. I realize that if I seek justice for my clients and their causes, the money will follow.

My firm is in general practice with emphases in:
-Bankruptcy and debt relief, consumer and corporate. Banks are, believe it or not, allowed to create the money they loan you out of thin air, but you have to pay them back out of the sweat of your brow. For this reason, quite frankly, there is nothing that makes my day more than screwing a bank or a predatory obnoxious creditor.
-Family law (divorces, child support and custody, adoptions, grandparent's rights, etc.).
-Medical and nursing home malpractice. We have a nurse with 32 years experience on staff who can cut through the fog on your case and condition.
-Criminal law. We have an experienced investigator on staff. Do not be fooled. The only reason the charges were filed against you was because of investigation by the police. Any attorney without an investigator is absolutely, totally incompetent to defend you. If he can't name his investigator, run for your life.
-Asset preservation and estate planning. You worked all your life for it. Why give it to the government or your wayward child's drug dealer? We know how to deal with these often touchy situations.
