Our goal is to offer our customers value-added services that extend beyond a typical travel agency. With the current state of the travel industry climate, BTI recognizes that our 24-hour service is more valuable than ever to our customers. BTI provides a toll free telephone number through our Syracuse office during business hours or our 24/7 service center after hours. After hours consultants can access your travelers personal profile information, company specific information, as well as existing reservations booked through our consultants or online tool. They will document call detail in the agents computer system so that we are kept informed and can handle any necessary follow up.
