The Restaurant at Rhodes River Ranch is a unique venue seeking energetic team players. Our establishment is not only a restaurant but holds special events and parties. We are open Wednesday through Sunday (Mon and Tues for private events only) and are looking for individuals who are experienced, professional and able to commit to a 3-4 day per week schedule.
SUMMARY To assist the head chef with various aspects of running the kitchen smoothly and efficiently
REQUIREMENTS Minimum of two years restaurant experience Food handlers card required Reliable transportation required
QUALIFICATIONS Interested in food with a passion to make a customer's experience top notch Great organization, communication and leadership skills Can lead by example, teach and demonstrate all techniques and recipes Willing to take part in all tasks needed to run a successful kitchen Ability to read and understand documents such as manuals, safety guidelines and procedures Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as adding & subtracting
