REQUIREMENTS:rn- Must have QuickBooks knowledge: creating invoices, paying bills and reconciling accounts.rn- Technology savvy in computers and internet. rn- Knowledge of organic SEO practices. Understanding of Google Analytics and Google AdWords, including experience with bid management tools and search campaigns. Adwords Certification a PLUS. Basic knowledge of HTML.rn- Answering low volume, multi-line phone system (Shoretel).rn- Basic Social Media management. rn- Familiarity with Property Management a PLUSrn- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook and Excel. rn- Good communication skills, verbal and in writing. rn- Ability to prioritize, schedule and complete tasks with overlapping schedules . rnrnPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:rn(1) Keeping office organized, answering phone calls, responding to emails, mail and package handling, maintaining supplies, ensuring documents are filed properly. rn(2) Preparing marketing materials, online adds, prospecting for future lessees, managing social media. rn(3) Basic Management of Organic SEO as well as Google AdWords. rn(4) Creating invoices, paying bills, payroll taxes via QuickBooks. rn(5) Coordination of property management functions.rn(6) Making phone calls, ability to do research to gain market intelligence
