Renting out a beautiful Room in Pasadena!!!!

I'm renting out a room in Pasadena. The rent is $500 dollars a month with a $400 dollar deposit. I am looking for a female student or working professional. You must be clean and clean up after yourself. There is another roommate beside myself that has lived there for a few years. We have one bathroom and It's never been a problem. The room comes with a garage that has great storage and it is whete you will park your car.We have a laundry room on the property. That house and the room have a lot of charm!!! We want someone who is going to have rent on time!!! No Drama we are looking to rent the room for at least a year.
