GENERAL INFORMATION ON INSERTS
ADVERTISING AGENCY GUIDELINES: Insert rates are non-commissionable for agencies and brokers. To receive
commission agencies should add 17.65%.
BUNDLING REQUIREMENTS: Preprinted material should be delivered to PennySaver in bundles or turns of 200.
DEADLINES: Material must be delivered to a mailroom specified by PennySaver by 6pm on Friday preceding the week of distribution. Receiving hours are Wednesday 6:00AM-5:00PM, Thursday 6:00AM-11:30PM, and Friday 6:00AM-11:30PM. Any deliveries for times other than those listed above require approval from Trucking supervisor.
DISCOUNTS: Discounts are based on weekly volumes.
ESTIMATED COST AND FINAL CHARGE: Price is based on weight of material to be inserted and is calculated after receipt of shipment at our mailroom.
MECHANICAL SPECIFICATIONS: Postal indicias may appear on reply cards. Anything other than a conventional printed piece must be submitted for approval one week prior to deadline.
